Since 2024, Château de La Rivière's Bain des Dames has been more than just an emblematic site: it's also a modern, feminine cuvée in the image of the Comtesse de Boufflers.
Le Bain des Dames is a Crémant de Bordeaux made from our Merlot and Cabernet Franc plots. Pale yellow in color, with green highlights and delicate bubbles. The nose offers aromas of stone fruit (white peach, apricot), tangerine, fresh almond and a delicate muscatel and floral perfume (lily of the valley, orange blossom). The palate is greedy and round, with a creamy mousse. Freshness dominates, with notes of fruit and fresh grapes.
